She is so sensitive to these topics she won’t even read books that have themes of violence or loss.
The other day we were having a family movie night and I thought it would be a good idea to try to desensitize her by watching James Cameron’s movie. She will probably come across violent or upsetting content, as she gets older, and I wanted to prepare her for that. However, she HATED it and said it gave her nightmares.
