Although Tierney has played 24 matches across all competitions this term, his game time has been vastly reduced by the summer signing of Oleksandr Zinchenko. While Tierney has barely put a foot wrong in an Arsenal shirt, you can see that they are a better team with Zinchenko on the pitch.
