Arsenal release furious statement as fan arrested for shining laser at Mykhailo Mudryk AFC
An Arsenal fan has been arrested after a laser was shone into the face of Chelsea forward Mykhailo Mudryk on Tuesday night.
Mudryk was greeted with boos by the Emirates crowd during his introduction as a second-half substitute in Arsenal’s 3-1 win.The Ukraine international was heavily linked with the Gunners during the January transfer window but signed for the Blues instead.An Arsenal statement on Wednesday morning read: “An arrest has been made following the use of a laser during last night’s match.“This behaviour is dangerous and totally unacceptable, and we will fully support the police with their enquiries.
