Wayne Rooney thinks Tyson Fury should receive a knighthood following his impressive win over Derek Chisora
England football legend Wayne Rooney thinks Tyson Fury should receive a knighthood for his impressive win over Derek Chisora in their trilogy fight., who as expected, was no match for him from the very first round on Saturday night.Fury pummelled his opponent for ten rounds before the fight was eventually stopped by referee Victor Loughlin, who Chisora thanked for doing so as he knew he would refuse to quit of his own accord.
The former Manchester United and Everton striker believes it’s time the 34-year-old heavyweight champion was knighted for his services to boxing. “I think he’s the best we’ve seen in a long time, and I don’t think anyone will beat him,” Rooney told talkSPORT post-fight.
