With belated AI announcements, this could be one of the most important events for Apple in some time.

Apple’s annual event, the Worldwide Developers Conference, has an official start date of June 10, the company revealed Tuesday. The show will have the traditional looks at upcoming software updates for Apple’s line of devices, but this year could see something even bigger from the iPhone maker. WWDC takes place on June 10-14 at Apple Park in Cupertino, California.

So far, Apple’s efforts to make its own ChatGPT clone have yet to come to fruition, and it even asked Google for some help. The latest rumor is that Apple is working with Chinese internet company Baidu to use its AI, but there is no confirmation of that partnership yet. If Apple doesn’t reveal a new AI then there will likely be more talk about its Vision Pro.
