We are asking for help to identify the person in this picture who we believe might be able to help us with an enquiry into a sexual assault by touching.
We are investigating a report that a woman was touched on her bottom at a nightclub in Lincoln on Friday, 28 April. Our investigation has been ongoing since the report, and we have now secured CCTV footage as part of our enquiries which we are sharing with the public. IIf you believe you know the person in the picture, please call 101 quoting incident 411 of 30 April.
