Manchester United star Anthony Martial is set to miss the FA Cup final after struggling with a hamstring injury.
Martial has scored twice in his last four games in Premier League wins over Wolves and Chelsea and played 85 minutes of the FA Cup semi-final victory over Brighton.international strained his hamstring towards the end of Sunday’s 2-1 win against Fulham at Old Trafford,’ United posted in a statement on Tuesday.
‘Assessments have since revealed a muscle tear that rules the 27-year-old out of the Wembley showdown.’– meaning the Frenchman may have played his final game for United. Martial joined United from Monaco in 2015, registering 88 goals and 53 assists across 298 games for the Red Devils. But he has struggled with both form and injury this season and his time at United may well be coming to an end.
