It's the end of an era for presenting duo Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly, who tonight , after two decades, are hosting the last episode of the beloved entertainment show Saturday Night Takeaway .
However, Ant also said that saying goodbye to the series will be "bittersweet" and will come with "lots of tears." Ant has been happily married to Anne-Marie Corbett since 2021 and is step-father to her two children from her previous marriage. While Dec shares two children - Isla, five, and one year old Jack - with wife Ali Astall. Ant and Dec and their wives often hang out as a group when not filming and will get to make the most of that in the coming years, our source claims.
Ant and Dec, who first found fame on Byker Grove back in the early 90s as PJ and Duncan, have been open about their sadness of taking a break from Takeaway.
