Three security officers have been injured after they came under attack while travelling between KwaDabeka and KwaMashu.
Reports from the scene are that their vehicle was rocked by an explosion on Dumisani Makhaye Road on Wednesday evening.Security guard shot during CIT robbery in Mobeni Heights "The three occupants of the security vehicle had sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate and were stabilized on scene by Advanced Life Support Paramedics before being transported to a nearby Durban hospital for the further treatment that they required," said spokesperson for the ALS group, Garrith Jamieson.This is the second attack on a cash van in less than 24 hours. On Wednesday morning, a security officer was shot and wounded during a robbery in Mobeni Heights.
