Now that she seems to have settled into her job as a reality star, Annie Mthembu fromShe is opening up more about her life both on the show and in interviews, the most recent being her chat with Lungelo KM of thepodcast/show where she spoke about her marriage, her work and her spirituality among other things.
She said that she was apprehensive to date him at first because she had seen a lot as his PA. She said she had also just come out of a “horrible” five-year relationship which Kgolo had known her through, adding that the relationship put her off dating. Recalling her friendship with Kgolo ‘Da Guru’ Mthembu, Annie revealed that she confided in him about her toxic relationship after breaking down in tears at work.
She then explained that what they had been through was what she put him though due to the defensive behaviours she had learned from her past relationship where her ex cheated on her a lot.
