Police are asking local fishing clubs to see who was ticketed on the day Nicola vanished
Lancashire Police are looking for anglers who had permits to fish in the river around the time of Nicola Bulley's disappearance.

Nine days later, the police contacted the anonymous man to take in his full account of what he saw.
The angler continued: "The only people that were on the river that day were dog walkers. I can guarantee you that. The dog walkers were there." Furthering his plea to investigators, Paul spoke to Channel 5's Dan Walker, saying he wants "every house, every garage, and every outbuilding scrutinised" in a new land search. He said: "I want it all searched. I want it all scrutinised, every piece of it. And you're not gonna appease me with anything else."
