LOS ANGELES — Angel City Football Club snapped its two-game losing skid but walked off the field Tuesday night feeling a bit empty.
Houston’s first real chance on goal was in the second half as Marisa Viggiano got a toe-poke shot that hit the crossbar in the 64th minute. Angel City managed to clear the ball away.This was the fourth consecutive game that an Angel City player has failed to score. Angel City defeated Kansas City on May 21 on an own-goal. The last goal scored by an Angel City player came in a May 15 victory over the Washington Spirit .
