BREAKING Victorians are expected to learn the next step out of lockdown within hours as the state recorded 1838 new local coronavirus cases and an additional seven deaths. rpjward reports.

Meanwhile, health economist Stephen Duckett warned the state government risks putting too much stress on an already stretched health service as it moves towards easing restrictions and re-opening the state.on Sunday morning that while the public want the state to come out of lockdown, hospitals were already under duress.“They are just stretched beyond belief, and I don’t want to do anything which makes it is easier for me but makes it harder for them.

The Transfiguration of Our Lord church had a case visit on October 10 from 8.30am to 1pm. Anyone who was at the church during that time needs to get a COVID-19 test and quarantine for 14 days. The Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa in Hepburn Springs is also on the tier 1 list after a case attended the spa on October 10 between 1pm to 2.30pm.
