JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress 's national executive committee will begin its four-day meeting at the Birchwood Hotel in Ekurhuleni on Friday.
It was at this meeting where party president, Cyril Ramaphosa, invited all interested political parties to join its GNU. Political instability at the local government level in recent years is expected to be a key focus during this four-day NEC meeting.
