"Now you want us to summon the president on allegations? That, we are not going to do," ANC chief whip Pemmy Majodina told the National Assembly Programming Committee on Thursday morning.

Rule 140 of the National Assembly states:"Questions to the president must be - scheduled in accordance with Rule 210 for a question day at least once per quarter during session time within the annual programme.
