The Bank of Canada’s inflation calculator indicates that the $11,165,900 grant the board received in 2011-2012 would have been equal to $13,317,806 in 2021, yet the actual grant the board received in 2021-2022 was $11,429,056.Meanwhile, the cost of books has increased by about 40 per cent since 2011.
