In what feels like a breath of fresh air, however, de Armas shared a gallery of images from her birthday celebration and it's much more festive than anything the paparazzi have snapped.
In an Instagram post, de Armas thanked her followers for their well-wishes and offered up snapshots of her birthday cake , what appears to be an epic hike , and the requisite number balloons in bright gold — alongside a mermaid balloon for good measure. "Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes and love! Cheers to another great year," she wrote alongside the photos.
