Around 3 p.m. in Tuesday, Ottawa police issued a bulletin asked for the public’s help in locating a suspect and a Canada-wide warrant was issued for the arrest of Joshua Brennan, 37. Justice Samson identified the injured woman as his stepmother and said she was out of the hospital on Wednesday.
