Seyfried's sparkling dress consisted of gold fringe draped over a nude corset with visible boning. Styled by Elizabeth Stewart, the micro-mini was paired with Cartier jewelry, including a gold fringe necklace and matching gold earrings. Seyfried also wore gold ankle-strap sandal heels; glamorous curls and a berry lip completed the look.
Seyfried first attended the Met Gala in 2013 wearing a printed Givenchy dress to that year's punk-themed event.
