Alyssa Thomas has put together an incredible season for the Connecticut Sun, and Wednesday the former Central Dauphin standout got recognized for that.
She tallied six triple-doubles this season, becoming the first WNBA player to surpass two in a season, and also becoming the league’s all-time leader in that category. She also set the WNBA single-season record for assists and double-doubles and became the first player in WNBA history to record 600-plus point, 300-plus rebounds and 300-plus assists in a season.
