Precipitation will reach western New Brunswick as early as Thursday evening but will develop for the remainder of that province along with mainland Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island overnight Thursday into early Friday morning, then pushing into Cape Breton Friday morning and across Newfoundland Friday afternoon and evening.
