An alleged Ekurhuleni serial rapist was positively identified by 17 rape complainants in an ID parade on Monday, according to Daveyton Magistrate's Court prosecutor, Terence Marx. | ntwaagae

A 38-year-old man believed to be a serial rapist in Ekurhuleni has allegedly been positively identified by 19 victims.

He responded in English to Magistrate Vinny Gobind, despite an interpreter's attempts to assist him in isiZulu. "When the complainant refused, he allegedly pointed... a firearm [at her], forcing her to get into the car. He drove away with her to Putfontein, where he allegedly raped her."
