Supermarket opening and closing times have changed for the bank holiday
Christmas has been and gone for another year but with today classed as a bank holiday due to New Year's Day falling on a Sunday, the supermarkets and shops have slightly different opening times.
Below we’ve rounded up the opening and closing times for bank holiday Monday. These opening times are for larger superstores, but some smaller convenience stores will be open slightly longer. We’ve included links to the store locators so you can check your nearest.Aldi All stores 8am to 8pm. Marks and Spencer Church Street 9am to 8pm. Speke, Aintree 8am to 9pm. Queens Drive and Edge Lane 8am to 8pm. These are the opening times for some of the local stores and you can check others using the M&S store finder here.
