“We Stand On Guard Again” will send all proceeds to the Canadian Red Cross to help people on the southwest coast. Here’s the lineup: Shanneyganock with Bud Davidge, Kellie Loder, The Irish Descendants, Masterless Men, Billy & The Bruisers, Women of Rock, Ladylike with Jackie Sullivan, Terra Bruce Productions, Deantha Edmunds, Quote the Raven, Justin Fancy, Tim Baker and the Kubasonics, along with some surprise guests who will be making appearances throughout the two-hour fundraising extravaganza.

More than 800 households have registered with the Red Cross for relief assistance in the worst hurricane ever to hit Canada.Tickets, which are $50 plus HST and surcharge, go on sale this Saturday at noon at Mary Brown’s Box Office. Tickets can be purchased by phone at 709-576-7657, or online at
