There are 10 daggers Basim can use in Assassin's Creed Mirage. 6 of them are available in-game while 4 of them are from special DLC packs.
Daggers are one of the two weapon types in Assassin's Creed Mirage. These sleek knives are great for cutting through enemies and provide unique perks for Basim. While they deal less damage than swords, they are efficient and better fit into quicker combat styles. There are 10 daggers that can fill Basim's collection.
The Rostam Dagger has a poor balance, starting off with 36 Damage, and 21 Defense Damage. Its special ability is called Point Blank; when you hit an enemy with a throwing knife at close range, the knife does +10% damage. The main problem with Point Blank is that there are better and stronger ways to take care of close-range enemies. Not only that, aiming during combat is tricky and headshots are likely to one-shot enemies, so it's better to save your throwing knives for long-range stealth.
The Dagger of Time has an equal balance of Damage and Defense Damage. With this dagger, Perfect Parries slow down time for 3 seconds. If you're a parrying master, the Dagger of Time may work for you and give you more chances to cut down sluggish enemies. However, some players may struggle to get a Perfect Parry. A regular Parry is still quite effective at taking out an enemy with an extra hit or two.
The Abbasid Knight Dagger is another well-balanced dagger. It's a great choice for players struggling to dodge attacks due to its Resilient ability. When Basim's health drops below 50%, his Damage Resistance goes up by 30%. Now if your health is below 50%, you're in a tight spot, but if you're near the end of a long fight, the Abbasid Knight Dagger may be what you need to get through the final stretch.
The Jinn Dagger is a powerful weapon at 47 Damage, and 50 Defense Damage. With the Jinn Dagger Amplify ability, Parrying an Afflicted enemy increases their Affliction by 4 seconds. Now, as said earlier, Parrying is a great opportunity to take an enemy out, so increasing the length of their Affliction may not provide much. The reason this dagger is so good is simply its high Damage, unmatched by the other daggers.
2 Initiate of Alamut Dagger Shockingly, the first dagger you get in Assassin's Creed Mirage is one of the best daggers in the entire game. While in Alamut during the game's tutorial, you'll get the Initiate of Alamut Dagger alongside the Initiate of Alamut Sword as your starting gear for your Baghdad adventure. It may look simple, but it packs a punch.
