Alison Hammond in stitches after hilarious This Morning blunder on Corrie set
This Morning’s Alison Hammond was left in stitches during today's live coronation special after co-host Dermot O'Leary struggled to enter The Rovers Return pub door.
Dermot replied: “I'm parched” before Alison said: “Do you fancy maybe a pint of Newton and Ridley? Let's go in”. She couldn’t stop laughing as she repeatedly said to Dermot: “Push not pull - that’s a bit embarrassing." The two shows, This Morning and Coronation Street, had joined forces to get the coronation weekend celebrations started with the special edition of This Morning that was broadcast live from the Corrie cobbles ahead of the crowning of King Charles.
