“This year we are entering a new era of Genius,” Ruffini says of the decision to expand the line-up beyond the realm of fashion . “Today, creativity is fluid, different worlds interact and they inspire each other. And that is where you find Genius.”The thing that unites everyone on the phenomenal – and eclectic – line-up for Genius 2023? “People that are authentic voices among different communities and are able to inspire new ways of thinking,” says Ruffini.
The event certainly provided a sensational – and celebrity-packed – finale for London Fashion Week, and the city was the perfect place to stage the presentation, says Ruffini. “It is a city always reinventing itself and ever-evolving. A place that has always been a great source of inspiration for younger generations.”
