Full Liverpool team and starting line-up confirmed for Premier League match against Chelsea
Alexis Mac Allister misses out for Liverpool as he drops to the bench in favour of Curtis Jones against Chelsea at Anfield this afternoon. Argentina international Mac Allister was withdrawn at half time of the 1-0 win at Crystal Palace before the international break and sat out the World Cup holders' meeting with Venezuela after travelling to join up with his compatriots.
Andy Robertson returns at left-back in place of Kostas Tsimikas, who started the victory at Palace before succumbing to illness over the international break and missing training this week as a result. The Greece international is on the substitutes' bench. Cody Gakpo keeps his place on the left of the front three with Luis Diaz once more on the bench as a result.
