Aug. 17, 2022, 8:52 p.m.A state law enforcement officer was arrested and charged with sexual misconduct in southeast Alabama, authorities said Wednesday.
Scotty Ballard, a 52-year-old Alabama Law Enforcement Agency officer from Andalusia, was arrested by Geneva police, Chief Pepper Mock told AL.com. Mock did not provide further details on the ALEA agent’s arrest “due to the nature of the charge” against the officer.
