Supermarket giant Aldi has been praised by shoppers for a £7.99 Special Buy that can drastically reduce energy costs. As Brits brace themselves for yet another rise in the price of energy, people are trying to minimise the amount they spend on heating their homes.
However, shoppers have found a cheap and cheerful solution in Aldi. The best bit? It only costs 8p an hour to run - so you can keep your heating off.The supermarket are selling the Easy Home Heated Airer and one customer claims she picked it up for £7.99 from her local Aldi store. Writing on Extreme Coupons and Bargaining UK, the pleased customer posted a photo of the clothes airer and wrote: "Aldi £7.99 bargain I think roughly 8p per hour to run.
