If you're planning on heading to the supermarket over the four-day weekend, make sure you check the opening hours
A number of major supermarkets have confirmed their opening times for the Easter weekend. However, be prepared to encounter reduced supermarket hours at Aldi, Lidl, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Sainsbury's this Bank Holiday weekend.
Aldi stores in England and Wales will be open from 8am to 10pm on Good Friday and Easter Saturday. On Easter Monday, shops will open from 8am to 8pm. The majority of the stores will be operating from 7am to 10pm. Co-op's smaller convenience stores will be open as normal across the Easter weekend. Use its store finder for accurate times.
Scotland stores will remain open on Easter Sunday. Then on Easter Monday, most MandS stores will be open from 8am until 8pm. But it's recommended that customers check their local store's opening times. Local Morrisons on Easter Monday will be open again, although some will have reduced operating times, between 7am to 8pm.
