HIGH RIVER, Alta. — Alberta Premier Danielle Smith is selling a rail car restaurant she owns with her husband.

Blackett says Smith’s husband also wanted to contribute to the economic recovery of the community following flooding in 2013. “He feels those goals have been achieved and after six years, he has decided to move onto new endeavours,” Blackett said in an email Wednesday. On Sunday, two days before the real estate listing was posted online, Smith tweeted that she went to help out at the Dining Car at High River Station.
