Five Alaska Supreme Court justices ruled unanimously that the state acted illegally and, they said, that the state was indeed hostile toward unions.
Friday marked the end of a multi-year lawsuit over union dues between the Alaska State Employees Association and the Dunleavy administration.

On Friday, five Alaska Supreme Court justices ruled unanimously that the state acted illegally and, they said, that the state was indeed hostile toward unions.
