Former Premier League striker Alan Shearer has named two Nottingham Forest defenders in his team of the week, following the 1-0 win over Chelsea.
After two summers of big spending, The blues were able to field the likes of Raheem Sterling, Enzo Fernandez and Nicolas Jackson. Players such as Mykhailo Mudryk, Noni Madueke and new signing Cole Palmer all came off the bench to try and find a goal, but Forest were able to keep them at bay. Following the game at Stamford Bridge, Shearer has named Forest defensive duo Joe Worrall and Willy Boly in his team of the week. Writing on the Premier League’s official website , the pundit said of Worrall: "Magnificent at the back in really tough circumstances."
