Video shows airline passengers crawling through conveyor belt entrance at one of the UK's busiest airports after waiting 90 minutes for their luggage
Angry passengers at one of the UK's busiest airports crawled through a luggage conveyer belt after waiting for their bags for 90 minutes, footage from Dispatches shows.
One passenger who crawled through said:"I will just grab it and help you unload it if you want," complaining that they had been waiting for an hour and 20 minutes for their bags. Workers told Dispatches, an investigative program that airs on UK Channel 4, shows that people crawling through the entrance"happens all the time," and that passengers sometimes try to fight staff out of frustration over missing luggage.
