Sergio Aguero may have accidentally revealed Lionel Messi’s next club
said: “He is seriously considering the possibility of playing for Newell’s.”
Messi is expected to return to Newell’s this summer for a friendly in honour of his friend and former national team-mate Maxi Rodriguez, who is set to play a match to celebrate his career. The game will take place at the Estadio Marcelo Bielsa and although a date for the friendly is not set, it is expected to happen in the middle of June, after the end of the domestic season in Europe.
