At least two people are facing murder charges in Uganda following separate incidents of violence involving fans of English Premier League clubs. Allan Kakumba was rushed to the national referral hospital in Mulago following a knife attack hours the following day but died moments after admission, Daily Monitor newspaper reports.“We shall be arraigning the suspect in court soon,” Luke Oweyesigire, the spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan Police, told the BBC.
