Malcom Barge, 46, was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a charge of sexual assault of a child. His bail is set at $50,000. Barge answered the door and called the girl to the door. He initially told deputies that he did not know she was a juvenile, and he refused to speak with deputies further, investigators said.Later, however, he told investigators that the girl had been staying at his place since New Year’s Day, the affidavit states. The two had met at a bar where she told him she was 20, later saying she was 19.
