“If you don’t like something, change it,” the great American writer Maya Angelou said. I often think of this quote when I observe the incredible journey that Renault South Africa has embarked on over the last few years.
It’s been inspiring to watch the company’s turnaround. Over the past two years, despite a depressed market Renault has been recording record sales, and is now the seventh biggest car seller in South Africa. Superior, well-priced products like the much-loved Duster have contributed to the company’s turnaround.
Launched this week in Gauteng, I got to put the new tough and versatile SUV through its paces both on road and off.
