Adam Thomas has shared an emotional three-word message to himself after enjoying some time with his older brother. The Waterloo Road star is currently working hard filming for the BBC One school drama and training for his upcoming performance on Strictly Come Dancing.

He was then seen doing some training with Luba Mushtuk for their next performance this Saturday night and it appears she challenged him by performing the routine in front a bunch of people.
Adam, who is known for starring in Waterloo Road as Donte Charles, previously shared his goal to get back into shape after a transformation last year. The 35-year-old took to social media just months ago to share how setbacks had gotten in the way but he was determined to make a change.
