Actor Thami Mngqolo who played Senzo Dhlomo in 'Generations' discusses his new role in 'Code 13' and his relationship.
Mngqolo’s character, Dr Pitso is a doctor who escapes prison in the popular drama series.The series will also star Aluve Mjali, who plays a highly skilled hacker, Marcus “Mamba” Moagi.
Other actors include Primo Baloyi as Veli ‘Veja’ Mohalanyane, Zikhona Bali as Azania and Saint Seseli as Patrick.is set in the gritty heart of Joburg, which follows the story of Bheki Ndlovu, a no-nonsense Jozi detective.He’s got a knack for connecting the dots and solving complex cases, together with a hard-edged police unit. Bheki is tasked with recapturing six of the city’s most dangerous criminals who escaped while in custody from a police van.
The big question is can Bheki trust his team of over-qualified and egotistical law enforcers to recapture this group of dangerous escapees?Mngqolo who has two children with Reyneke tells Zimoja that he’s been seeing someone since pre-Covid. “There is someone that I love dearly. I have been with her since pre-Covid. She is definitely not in the limelight. I learned to stay away from dating in the same industry.”The publication added at the time that Mngqolo was chased out of his house after Reyneke allegedly found a compromising video on his cellphone.
