Social development MEC Motshidisi Koloi is embroiled in a fraud case she faces alongside her political adviser and chief director.ActionSA has repeated its call for Free State MEC for social development Motshidisi Koloi to be removed by the premier of the province, Mxolisi Dukwana, due to a fraud case that she faces alongside her political adviser and chief director.
The trio appeared in the Kroonstad Magistrates' Court on Friday after they were arrested for her previous role as mayor of the Moqhaka Local Municipality. The three stand accused of fraud, money laundering and contravention of the Municipal Financial Management Act. The charges are in relation to a R150 000 sound system transaction.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
