The Acer Nitro V 15 is a robust gaming PC with serious hardware at a somewhat affordable price point starting at R19 999.
Cooling System“Smooth gaming” is on the cards with this latest notebook from Acer, with some serious specs at a price that is quite respectable compared to other. With similar specifications as those listed above, the 15″ machine should power you through most of the latest PC titles with its robust RAM and graphics hardware. The 40-series RTX that it comes with includes the much-sought-after DLSS 3 tech, and ray tracing right on the portable PC.
The company does detail its cooling system in a press release sent to Hypertext, explaining “To ensure the Acer Nitro V 15 is optimized throughout long gaming sessions, the device houses a tandem of fans rotating in sync and a dual-intake cooling system that draws in air from the keyboard and bottom cover, then expels heat through various vents strategically located on its sides and rear.”
This includes Acer Purified View and Acer Purified Voice AI-backed technology, for optimized video calls. So if you’re looking to do a bit of business before getting your game on, there’s this option at least. There is also the NitroSense utility app, which allows you to customize hardware settings to suit the game you’re playing.
