The Yankees hope Aaron Judge’s toe will bounce back, but Dodger Stadium will never be the same.
Additionally, the Dodgers will add a strip of padding to the concrete after Judge injured his right big toe on the play.“I think all these places try to do their best to make things as safe as possible,” said Boone, whose Yankees played a second straight game without Judge in the starting lineup on Tuesday. “But to me, it seems like that cement at the bottom could be padded up a little bit.”Judge crashed through the Dodger Stadium fence to make a catch.
“If I’m on [the injured list], I’m on it. But I’m trying not to be. Who knows?” Judge said Sunday in Los Angeles. “I’ve got no answer yet.”
