Kate McKinnon will star and executive produce a limited series titled, 'Joe Exotic'.
The series will focus on the ongoing rivalry between Joe, Carole and other players in the big cat community. In a statement the animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue asked the production to use CGI big cats, reports"We hope McKinnon has a passion for animals and that her series will focus on the horrible lives captive big cats lead when exploited by breeders like Joe Exotic.
In an interview with Andy Cohen on Radio Andy, he revealed that he is involved in the casting for the miniseries, reports"I think Margot Robbie should play Joe in like a gender switch. Look at her eyes; she has eyes that look just like Joe's."Actor Dax Shephard has also put himself up to play the role of Joe. HeIf I don't get cast as Joe Exotic in the eventual biopic, Hollywood is broken.
