Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin already owns a full-floor apartment overlooking Central Park at the Time Warner Center. Nonetheless, he has got his eye on a $83.5 million spread less than a mile away.
It is in the Crown Building, a nearly 100-year-old tower on Fifth Avenue that Mr. Doronin’s company is converting into condos.
