The final branch of Wilko in Shropshire has locked its doors for the final time.
This last weekend saw the closure of the last of the remaining high street stores of Wilko after 93 years of trading, including Shropshire's final branch in Oswestry.
"It's a real feeling of grief," Councillor Isherwood said,"What could ever replace it? It'll leave a big hole. "It's one of those places people know they can go in and ask for help, the staff are always helpful and friendly - proper local people.
