Greg and Reda realised their dream home in Spain was 'too good to be true'
Thursday's edition of the popular Channel 4 programme saw Lee Juggernauth help Greg and Reda find their dream property in the sun. The married couple were armed with a maximum budget of £100,000 to find a new home in Costa Blanca.
However, there was another twist in the tale as they found out their new property was "too good to be true". After their purchase, they enquired with the local authorities about whether they were able to build a swimming pool on the site. The couple were determined to still make their new home in Costa Blanca and went back for another search after the episode was filmed. Greg said: "We went back twice to Spain in a month and then in January 2022, we went out to view a property we’d seen online in Biar, a village 20 minutes from Elche, southeast of Alicante.
