A nose recorder and a 'wind' performer – BGT sends fans wild with unique first episode
Britain’s Got Talent never fails to surprise fans and as the popular competition returned to screens on Saturday night, 15 April, viewers were treated to an array of performances including keyboard playing by Darth Vader and a budding young magician.
Another act who didn’t impress was TikTok sensation Jane who attempted to wow the judges with her unique movement routine. While some viewers were equally as unimpressed like Simon, others on Twitter labelled Jane as a “TikTok queen”. Performing a rendition of Beyonce’s hit track Crazy In Love, the judges didn’t go crazy for Mikko’s nasal instrument playing.
The trick took him three attempts, with Simon even taking pity on him and coming up on stage to help – despite having initially pushed the buzzer on him.Tweeting after Ichikawa and Mikko’s undeniably unique performances, one bemused BGT fan tweeted: “Crazy in Love by recorder thru the nose, Popping a balloon via a fart, Sat night tele has hit an all time low me thinks! Just my thoughts.. But am still watching it”.
