The centre of the storm is expected to pass over Cape Breton and eastern P.E.I. Monday afternoon, causing warm air to melt the snow, leading to wet, freezing rain conditions. "This is the longest we’ve waited for a big snow fall like this. This is pretty wild, but it’s finally here."With the exception of a few small snowfalls, P.E.I. has experienced almost an entirely green winter.
